Policies

BOOKING POLICY

A $50 deposit is required for all consultation bookings to secure your appointment. This covers our time in the case of no shows or last minute cancellations. Your booking deposit can be redeemed on your treatment.

Deposits are non-refundable however can be transferred to a new appointment if you choose to reschedule. If you do not reschedule your appointment at the time of cancellation you will forfeit the deposit.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We require a minimum of 48 hours notice for any cancellations or reschedules. If you fail to notify us you will forfeit your deposit. Please contact us via text or phone call in the event that you cannot make your appointment.
